Shorewood Wisconsin on Milwaukee's North Shore

Shorewood is a wonderful town just north of Milwaukee on the shores of Lake Michigan and bordered by the Milwaukee River on the west. One of Milwaukee's oldest suburbs, this town of approximately 14,000 is loaded with charm. It has diverse architecture with homes dating back to as early as the 1890's, towering trees, a fabulous lakefront park and beach area and a huge county park.

The shopping district features great restaurants, a sprinkling of sidewalk cafes, captivating stores and that cozy feeling of a small town. There are plenty of local events held in town. Many residents are drawn to Shorewood because of the reputation of its fine schools.
